They’re called talons, and at that size they’d probably be able to crack open a human skull. Though hopefully she has some potions to go with. But seriously, owls are scary predators. Sure, they go after things smaller than themselves, but they have the weaponry. Of course, right now she could really benefit from some nice flight-capable wings and a flesh-rending beak, but the dual abilities of walking through doorways and speaking have no doubt served her well in her life.
I think I need to make a proper post about this. The very short version is, I want to get back into it, but things have been kind of extra crazy this year in particular, so I have no idea when I would actually be able to start it up again.
I may make a journal post here, and I will definitely talk about it on my other social media channels.
